Pictured above is the raw interview footage. Although the combined footage is nearly ten minutes, both of these clips will be cut down to one smaller, cohesive piece. Because of the tone, I wanted to keep the interviews as simple as possible. I didn't include angles for the sake of rotoscoping, as the objects that are out of frame include my living room.

I thought that my grandfather telling his story of his own place, was a unique spin on the exploration of place. I know it's not a straightforward explanation of place, but I believe it's an interesting take on what a place can mean and embody.
